xie lao shi is retiring! that's damn sad lah, she's so cute! and the 1st time we ever debate is counted in our english SA 2 marks. tell me how unfair that is! anyway i had mine today, and it sucked! i had to do the proposition for "mother tongue should be made optional for students", and then i started talking about morgan freeman, which is kinda irrelevant! :/

went to town today to interview people for EP, which was quite pointless lah! we only managed to get girls -.- and it took a whole lot of resistance not to wander off into the shops when we ended to go back home and try to study! i bet i would've given in to temptation straight away if my bag wasn't so heavy. and now i'm just sitting in front of the computer, slacking :/ watched the other groups' drama performances today. they're all damn good! and miss charmaine just had to mention "rent", which made "rent" songs start playing in my head again, after starting and ending just last sunday. URGH! why must EP, drama & home econs all happen to me next week only?!

arsenal beat tottenham 3-1! like woah, they're doing so much better without henry! and liverpool drew 0-0 with portsmouth! bleah! but it would've been worse if kanu hadn't missed that penalty kick. oh, saw someone in church wearing a torres liverpool jersey. which means that they're out! i want the new liverpool jersey!

CIP at clementi stadium was really boring. the toa payoh people took the mrt from the wrong side and ended up in expo. LMAO! anyway, the funfair started at 7.30, but the cancer kids only arrived at 3 -.- so amanda and i were attached to this malay boy from BBSS. we had to follow him around a lot cos his mum looked so scary. the others slacked so much lah! we were all given unlimited free coupons, but there were so little things to buy! so we spent them on crap, like lousy earrings and crap food. bought a liverpool badge too, cos i wanted a badge, but the designs sucked. even the liverpool design sucked, it's just of the creature they use, whatever it's called, not together with the flag thingy. and when i chose it, the guys making the badges whispered "eh! she likes liverpool!", while the rest of the shooters screamed "ew! soccer!" HAHAHAHA, damn funny lah! the machine used for making badges was so cool!
i seriously regret not going for the investiture last night! of course jeannel had to keep rubbing in it! we should find out which schools the shooting captain has to host next year, then we'll vote accordingly. like if it's VS again, we'll vote marianne, if it's dunman high/SJI, then we'll vote amanda. HAHAHA! and then jeannel & i will just psycho whoever to invite us. also, i know who to go to now if i want a hot guy's no.! HAHAHA! just a pity that the range doesn't have hot guys! although maybe like marianne said, there'll be hot new shooters joining next year. but the odds of that are close to zero, looking at the schools who go to the range :/ we should train at yishun sometime! heh!

i just found out that "gossip girl" has been made into a tv show. ohmygosh! and blake lively is serena! the whole cast is so un-hot! i need to read more "gossip girl", i haven't read them for so long! i should get the 3-book packing of the whole series, but they're so ex! :/
combis for next year's classes are out! oh man! i hope bio/chem, ss/hist & pure geog make up at least 1 pure science class! and the triple science class comes together with ss/lit, so i'm definitely not going for that anymore. then again, i might not even make it into a pure science class, with drama, home econs & EP all due the week before the exams. also, it's history, followed by lit, then geog before the wedding, and science on the monday after. TELL ME HOW I'M GONNA COPE! we have english and maths papers from MOE too, apart from the normal school ones. DAMN!

federer beat roddick 7-6 7-6 6-2. WHAT THE HELL LAH!!! the 1st 2 sets were damn good! and then i left to brush my teeth during the 3rd match cos i thought that with me gone, roddick might win. WHAT THE HELL LAH!!!
anyway, to sum up a whole day of slacking, sleepover at jie jie's house sucked, with the construction noise & all. lunch at munchie monkey's was good, with me pigging on lasagne, calamari, and apple crumble with vanilla ice cream :D finally bought a pair of really low heels for the wedding from charles & keith at a sale. dinner at sun with moon was interesting. borders sale was good, but the stuff sucked. anyhow, bought the 5th book of the a-list series cos i wanted a bitchy, teenage book to read and it was 1 of the only few ones on the shelves. a sale at kino would've been so much better :/
it's exactly a month to the wedding, OHMYGOSH!

the last-ditch attempt to throw jeannel a surprise during the shooters' barbeque worked! ok, so we didn't pull it off a hundred percent, but it was quite okay! mind you, the cake issue was only settled in the morning, and we managed to inform everyone about the surprise without jeannel noticing!
so i left after lunch for town first. headed to kino, where i read teen magazines which i haven't read for so long. don't know why i bothered, when everything was about HSM, jonas brothers & miley cyrus. WHY IS EVERYONE FIGHTING OVER ZAC EFRON?! FIGHT OVER CORBIN BLEUUUUU! anyhow, dropped by in the books section for just over a minute, cos i was running out of time. so sad! but i wouldn't have had enough cash to get a book anyway if i wanted to get my wallet after that. so then i left for raffles place/citylink/marina square after that to continue my hunt for a wallet. i ended up buying some not very nice ripcurl wallet from marina square. but it was the nicest one that could fit into my uniform pocket already! well, no, it was the 2nd nicest, but the nicest was twice as expensive, and being the cheapo that i am, i got the 2nd nicest! :D dropped by in hmv after that to get studying music, but they didn't have the rachel yamagata cd that i wanted! so i wound up buying boys like girls, though god knows why.
headed to trellis after that with 2 cans of pringles i bought from marketplace before that. the place was full of earthworms & snails. damn gross walking to the barbeque pit lah! people slowly arrived, except coach! or coaches. so after 2 hours of eating, we got out the cake amanda's mum bought from crystal jade and brought it down before he/they came. i might as well have bought 1 from nydc or something, and bully coach into paying a bomb like he said he would! and then i had to leave soon after, which was damn sad cos i didn't get to push coach into the pool! persuaded meichun & camelia to come down to the pit to talk :D of course both of them made me laugh til' my stomach hurt, with the exact same actions, and meichun's heartiness. also, to put it bluntly, camelia's grown so tall and masculine!!!

met up with sharon & meichun after teachers' day celebrations! we were laughing and everything, while waiting for the primary school celebrations to end. about 15 minutes later, we went up to the primary school even though they weren't done yet, and we met hanis! so we stood around and laughed some more. more people from IJ soon arrived, and we were cam-whoring and everything while waiting for mrs tan to finish lecturing the primary school kids on belts and fringes, which took 45 minutes! so she finally came out of the hall to talk to us, but it only took like, 5 minutes -.- so we all left, and had lunch at mos burger together with sharon, meichun & yanquan, as well as the shooters.
so sharon & meichun left for marina square for some science exhibition, yanquan went back home while the shooters & i went to town and walked around, before leaving for vivocity. by the time we reached there, it was about 4.30 and the "heroes" people had left. so we were walking in, and everyone else was happily walking out. pffffft! the shooters soon left for the range after shopping in candy empire, while i walked around some more, looking for my wallet, which i still couldn't find eventually. enemy finally came when i didn't know where else to go! had dinner at crystal jade, before heading up to the cinema for "hairspray". i love the vivocity first-class theater! the seats were good, and i bet the food would've been, but we didn't order, which i regretted later! anyway, the movie was good! but i still don't like amanda bynes & zac efron!
can't wait for island creamery date with the nanyang girls! :D
